Sporadic Rant:
This strip is basically a departure from the rest of the comic, in that it is wholly fictitious and not based on any real-life event; however, it is based on wholly probable events in that plenty of people in the Rochester area routinely do road trips up to Canada (usually Toronto) because, let's face it, Rochester is pretty damn dull.
This is the set-up for my doing the guest strip for Avalon tomorrow. For those of you who don't regularly read up on the web's best comic strips, Avalon is a tale of various and sundry high school students in Canada created by the honorable Josh Phillips. Check it out.
