"Lesbian Love"

Sporadic Rant:

While this comic may not be 100% grounded in truth, it does come pretty close (like a solid 5-10% truth, which is better than Dave Barry). Of course, had these events truly transpired, I would have jumped out of the chair at a chance to see Robin and Alison together; and I probably would have left to go play Unreal: Tournament, too. You just can't compete with primal urges like killing (through virtual proxy avatars) and having sex (or watching it, in this case). As I write this, Michigan State has knocked off Syracuse and Purdue took it to Gonzaga. Go Big Ten, baby!

Since yesterday's comic had such a potentially disturbing and serious Rant, I thought I'd include an extra little dose of humor today:

The Why-I-Stopped-Playing-Pools Koan
by Brian Brown

A man made marks on a paper in March.
He was trying to predict the future.
He watched to see which predictions were correct.
On Thursday, he was 13 for 16.
On Friday, he was 10 for 16.
Over the weekend, he was 5 for 16.
He filled the paper with red X's, down to the last mark.
He gave the future the finger, and then watched a basketball game.
At that moment he was enlightened.

Don't forget to download a blank copy of Tuesday's strip so that you can fill it out and submit it to me by the end of the week. Best comic gets put up sometime thereafter and the author will get much love and adoration.
