Sporadic Rant:
Sorry this update comes so late, but Andy and I decided to do a last minute Mission: Impossible 2 run and then we grabbed some food at Applebee's afterwards. In case you're wondering, the movie is the bomb, and John Woo is the man. A really ignorant comment I heard afterwards as we shuffled out of the theatre (me hopping around on my crutches) was, "It reminded me of The Matrix." ARRGGGHHH. Any film afficianado can tell you that Woo, along with a few other Hong Kong directors, founded the elevated action subgenre.
Also, since I haven't completely restored my fried computer, this strip appears in black and white and has a different font. Hopefully by tomorrow, I'll have enough free time to restore everything to its proper state, and your comic will be in color and lettered with the usual font.
This comic is for anyone who's ever tried to play Baldur's Gate multiplayer. Don't get me wrong, it's a great game, but it's not ideally suited for multiplayer. There are too many periods where people will sit idly by while another person repeatedly uses the Pause feature or the main character has to do a few certain things; hence, the exaggerated effect of the character growing old. It looks like Icewind Dale will be a little bit better for multiplayer, but what I'm really waiting for, of course, is Neverwinter Nights. You can find information on these games at Black Isle's site.
