Sporadic Rant:
As you may or may not have noticed, I've stopped shading the strips. This has allowed me to cut the file size down a good 30 or 40 k. I'll continue to shade anything I do over the weekend, though. That'll be my Sunday strip factor. Tomorrow begins the sweeping epic entitled When Girls Go Wild, and it should last until Sunday or so.
Today's comic pokes fun at Robin's homegrown roots. Basically, she's the prototypical girl next door, American as apple pie, and all that. Until she met me, she hasn't really been face to face with a whole lot of diversity in her personal life. When we go out to eat, her main criteria is that they must somehow serve a recognizable form of chicken. The Chinese food she likes is all very Westernized. Eventually, though, Andy, Tim, and I dragged her out to a Korean restaurant, wherein all the foodstuffs were very foreign and strange to her. She also has an incredibly low tolerance for spicy food, so she ate, like, one dish out of the entire banquet we had ordered. The only way I could get her to try anything new was to not tell her what was really in it. Instead, I just called everything the "Super Happy Fun Dish" to get her to try it.

I was going at over 700 a day before I hit that weeks-long drout after Finals, and now we're struggling at 200-300 readers a day. We can surely do better than that!
