Oh, man, I've had a ton of pure concentrated fun over the past few days. Instinct: Great card game. It's not like Wizards of the Coast needs anymore of your hard-earned money, but Instinct is a really fun game and well worth the ten bucks if you have a good group of 4-6 friends. By the same token, this makes my recent acquisition of ChuChu Rocket an excellent decision. I had great fun putting the cat-induced beatdown to Tom and Matt Tuesday evening. Fun easy party games like these have revitalized my interest in gaming again. I also picked up Throne of Bhaal, the expansion back for Baldur's Gate 2. I plan on beating it fairly soon, well before The Lazarus even gets to Chapter 8 as he restarted the game from the very beginning. Even though I have such a huge headstart, he has a lot more free time to spend playing it than I do.
I'll talk about what I've been doing in all my free time lately on Friday, but for now I'll leave you with this choice comment from my old buddy Kurt: As a conservative, I am offended by the term fuckwad. I prefer "shithead", "wrinkly no dick" or "gun-toting tree-hater".
Convention Watch! It's official! I'll be going to lovely San Diego for Comic-Con International from July 19-22. Yay! If I don't see you there, maybe we'll bump into each other at Otakon in August.
